Australian Customers
We ship all Australian orders with Australia Post, dispatched from our Brighton store.
- Free shipping on AU orders over $200
- Flat rate of $11.95 for AU orders under $200
- Express Post $16.95 for AU orders up to 500g
- Express Post $19.95 for AU orders between 500g and 2kg
Orders placed before 1pm Melbourne time ship the same day (weekdays only — orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays ship the next business day).
- Regular parcels: 3–7 working days (WA, QLD and NT may take longer)
- Locations outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra day; very remote locations will take longer
- Bulky regular parcels: up to 10 working days (WA, QLD and NT may take longer)
Free Shipping (Australia only)
Spend $200 or more and free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed. Free shipping orders are sent via Regular Post.
Please note: free shipping does not apply during major sale events (e.g. seasonal or flash sales).
If you request insurance, signature, or registration, an additional freight charge will apply — we'll confirm this with you before final payment, in line with Australia Post's fees. Additional charges may also apply for heavy or bulky items, and for deliveries to rural or remote areas within Australia.
International Customers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If your country isn't listed, email us for a quote.
Heavy or bulky items may incur additional charges for international orders, confirmed with you prior to payment. International customers are responsible for any local duties and taxes. Registered airfreight and insurance are available for an additional charge, also confirmed prior to payment.
International orders typically arrive within 3 weeks of purchase. We're not able to take responsibility for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
