Buckets and Spades for kids  reserves the right to accept or reject any offer for any reason, including, but not limited to, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or an error in your order.

No binding contract shall be formed unless Buckets and Spades for kids  communicates to you that it has accepted your order and payment of the purchase price has been confirmed
All prices quoted include GST. Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.

Returns
 
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by ringing +61 03 95921266. Return the goods by Mail or in person to Buckets and Spades for kids  34 Carpenter Street, Brighton Vic 3186, Australia and we will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by Buckets and Spades for kids and the manufacturer. Please include written documentation as to what is wrong with your item.

Exchange

If you want to exchange a product for any reason other than the item being damaged or faulty, you must pay for the freight and handling charges and we must receive the goods back in the original state, with proper tags still attached to the item, unworn and undamaged within 14 days. Please include a copy of your order when returning goods. Alternatively you may exchange goods at any of our Buckets and Spades for kids stores. If an exchange of the same item can not be made by Buckets and Spades for kids  then we reserve the right to issue a credit note for the value of the item which is valid for 3 months.   Buckets and Spades for kids  reserves the right not to exchanges on sale items. For further information on Product Returns, please refer to Trade Practices Act Guidelines, which Buckets and Spades for kids adheres to.
