Australian Customers

Customers are welcome to pick up online purchase orders from the Brighton store, located at 34 Carpenter Street, Brighton Victoria 3186, Australia. Please note that prior notification is required with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Free Shipping within Australia is only available to customers who purchase a minimum of $200 worth of full FULL PRICE ITEMS. (Excludes footwear).

Orders which are under $200 will be charged at the following rates.

Australia Post parcels up to 500grams in weight will be charged at $5 per parcel.
Australia Post parcels up to 3kg in weight will be charged at $9.

An additional freight charge will apply when customers request express post, insurance or registration which will be determined and notified to the customer prior to final payment in conjunction with Australia Post fees.
Additional freight charges may be incurred for heavy / bulky items as well as deliveries to rural and remote locations within Australia which will be determined and notified to the customer prior to final payment in conjunction with Australia Post fees.

Items are usually delivered within 7 working days, it may take longer for non-metro areas.

International Customers

Buckets and Spades offers world-wide shipping . International delivery charges will be determined prior to the confirmation of sale depending on your location.

If you have any questions regarding delivery charges to international locations please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note that heavy / bulky items will incur additional charges to international customers which will be determined prior to payment. International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes.

Additional charges will apply for registered airfreight and insurance to international customers which will be determined prior to payment.

Items are usually delivered within 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
